Chicken feet, chapped? Other? Help

So saw this today... not sure what to do, they looked chapped, And looks like there is more skin then there should. Her feet look in pain, not sure if this is part or has to do with it but her crown is also smaller than my other chickens. I’ve attached photos of her feet and crown. Any ideas?

Severe scaly leg mites, coat her legs in Vaseline or bag balm.

X2 Leg scale mites. @Wezdin has given you great advice. It helps to soak or clean the legs and scales before each treatment. Apply the vaseline or bag balm daily for several months. Work it into the scales gently without tearing the scales off. You can wipe off the excess each time to keep the bird clean. Don't pick at the scales, just let them slough off and heal on their own. Untreated and these mites can cause permanent lameness.
