Chicken harassment

I have one ”special”- a crossbeak that is getting harassed. She is isolated and alone. I’m considering giving her to a friend- either one with a huge flock (200+), or one with a smaller flock (<12). Would she thrive or have the same problem?

A special needs chick needs extra care, and consideration. It needs to be paired with another gentle chick for company if it can't be in a flock.

Whichever person is willing to give it extra time and help is the better home.
