found one of the girls has white pasty butt. I took away from group and washed her in warm soapy water, dried her off and put her in large tub away from flock, with food and water. NOW what does she need?

Also most of the girls have lost feathers on their backs and underside, what is causing this? Have asked several other chicken owners, no help

Welcome to BYC...sorry you're having troubles.
Was the vent(anus) completed closed off by the poop stuck to rear end of chicken?
'Pasty butt' is usually a problem with young chicks less than a week old,
it completely covers and plugs the vent so they can't poop at all.
It can kill them if not taken care of.

Older birds can get poop stuck all over their butt feathers, it rarely plugs the vent,
but can cause, and be caused by, other problems.
How old is this bird ...and your other birds??
What and how exactly are you feeding them?
What kind of housing (coop/run/free range) do they have?
Really need more info to fathom even a guess at what the problem might be.
Pics of housing and birds would help.
