Chicken has sore eyes/ Triple C Dosage

We had 3 chickens and sadly one passed away last week. Its eyes were closed (or white) for a bout 2 weeks yet it was still walking around and eating etc. We tried rinsing her eyes to check on them and then realised that one of the other chickens (the leader) was pecking at her head/eyes when she went near it. We think she might of been sick too as she seemed very little/skinny when she passed. The chickens roam the yard everyday but we are wondering if the leader chicken kept her away from the food etc when inside the coop. Does this happen? She did seem to be the odd one out for a while.
Anyway, we have had so much rain over here the last two weeks, its been relentless. I have just noticed that the other chicken now has eyes that are closing and looks messy around her eyes and a couple of scabs on her comb. Also noticed the boss chicken go at her head when she went close to the foods on the ground too.
Is this being Henpecked? Or is this something else? As i said with all the rain about i dont want to lose another chicken as we only have the two of them now. I have been told to give her some triple C but cant work out the dosage so if you could help with that i would be greatful.
Also the bossy chicken is a picture of health. Nice feathers nice eyes etc.

Please post some photos of the eyes, the chickens, their housing, etc.

Where are you located in the world?

Look them over for lice/mites.
Messy eyes can be from infection due to respiratory illness or possibly injury/getting debris in the eyes, but if you are having issues with more than one member of the flock, I would lean more toward respiratory illness or something in the environment like molds or poor ventilation.

What do you feed including treats? Provide food in multiple feed stations to help deter aggression at feeding time.

Triple C dosing is on the package label.

General care for eyes is to flush with saline several times a day, remove debris and pus. Apply an eye ointment like Terramycin.
