chicken hatching on small end

chicken hatching on small end is that bad? But i think i hatched a few that were on the small end.

It's not preferred... if the chick is able to breathe, however, it's not really 'bad' either. Just keep a careful eye on it and make sure it can always breathe, since it is on the side away from the air cell.
