I have a chicken that's over a year old, being doing fine and came home this afternoon and she couldn't stand up. She's eating and drinking, does try to get up, when you hold her in the standing position, she will walk, she doesn't stay laying on her side, will get herself in the sitting position, with legs under her. Any ideas? She was vaccinated when she was little. She's in a coup with 10 other chickens, ground floor, does get out occasionally for free ranging(couple of times a week)regular laying chicken feed.
