Chicken help

Have a chick about 4 weeks old and she always seems to be off by her self. Set her down and she went off to corner and laid down and it looks like she is panting like a dog. Is she dieing? Not sure what to do about her.

Poop seems to be yellow and slimy on her. Cleaned her twice.

I am not a professional, but I have a suggestion; try to get her to drink some water.
she might be too hot, try checking your thermometer.
I'm not sure about the poop. also, is she laying down in a weird way? I hope your baby chick turns out okay!

Temp was only 80 degrees at that time. I came inside to type this thread because I did not know what to do. Went right back outside and she was dead. cleaned out the brooder and hoping the other 4 don't catch what she got and end up ok. RIP Sunshine.
