Chicken hematoma after PT test?

Hi everyone
I noticed a greenish-blue lump under my favorelle left wing today. She was PT tested on Monday of this week and did try to move around quite a bit. Does anyone have any tips on what it could be and how to treat it? She is acting completely normal other than this.

If it is a hematoma from blood leaking under the skin after blood drawing, it will eventually heal on its own. I would just observe it. It will feel like a bruise.
