I know that when artificially incubating, waterfowl eggs need higher humidity.

I raise broody breeds of chickens, so I was wondering if chickens(peafowl/turkey) can hatch waterfowl eggs?

And the flipside, can waterfowl hatch landfowl(chickens/peafowl/turkey/guinea) eggs?

It's questions like these that keep me up at night!

Awesome! I just wanted to be sure! I hate to waste viable eggs and I wanted to know if I could use landfowl for waterfowl incubating and waterfowl for landfowl incubating. The interspecies relationship I know wasn't an issue, I just wanted to make sure there wasn't a humidity issue.

Chickens can hatch duck eggs just fine, it's when the babies try swimming in the water that causes problems

I plan on letting my OEG hen set some scovy eggs next time she goes broody. This last time, she set for 7 weeks before I finally let her quit.

That would be hilarious to watch how the hen reacts the first time her brood escapes her reach for a dip in the water!

Poor things probably think their babies are drowning!
