Chicken House - Sealing the Roof

So I’m using a Playhouse that I bought from Costco to convert into a chicken coop however there are some gaps in the roof and I’m trying to figure out what I can see it with so that water does not get in. We live in the Houston area and get a lot of rain seasonally anyway and I’m worried that I’m going to have a leakage problem.Does anybody have any ideas?
