chicken incubation

i am getting some eggs to incubate and was wondering how long can you let eggs sit until you can not hatch them?

you can wait as long as you want but the longer you wait the less chance of fertility there is. i would say wait no longer then 5-6 days but thats just me

about 10-14 days, ive done it for 14 and all my eggs look good, on day 18 now !!!

I am with the 14 days. I wouldn't wait any longer if I could help it. After 14 days the chance of hatching percentage drops considerably.
