Just looking at it, it looks to be a brooder, not an egg incubator.

Not many people purchase a brooder. They just make one out a large box.

I would just send them an email in English to their customer service / contact us links, if they have good customer service they will try to help you... if you can't order from them, they may be able to direct you to other dealers or the importer of the brooder.
