My chicken is limping and when I pick her up, she closes her foot. I see no obvious reason for the limping, no swelling, no bumble foot, no scales leg mites, no visible injuries of any kind. She is a buff orpington and is on the smaller side. She is two years old and hasn’t laid an egg for about a week. What could be going on with her?

Do you have video of her?
Upload video to YouTube and provide a link.

If you aren't finding anything physically wrong (injury/bumblefoot/swelling, etc.) and she's able to get about, eat/drink and is relatively active, then you may need to just monitor her for a few days.

Thank you. I took a video but don’t know how to post it on this thread.I have had her separated for a week and the limping hasn’t improved, although doesn’t seem any worse. I will continue to keep her separate, give her some vitamins, and monitor. I worry if I put her back with the flock (35 other birds including 2 roosters) she may get picked on or worse.

Video would need to be uploaded to another platform like YouTube, then you provide a link.
Not sure what else you can do. She may be having some reproductive issues if she's not been laying eggs.
Giving extra calcium for a few days along with poultry vitamins won't hurt.
