Chicken is limping

I let my chickens out to free range and one of my girls came out limping I’m not sure why. I am a first time chicken owner and I need advice on how to help her heal or recommendations please!

Hard to tell from the pictures, but her foot looks pretty swollen. Is it? Could you get a closer pic of her foot?

It does look swollen. Catch her to take a closer look and post pictures of the top and bottom of her foot.

What bedding do you use in the coop? How high are their roosts off the ground?
