Chicken is losing lots of feathers with small bugs

A few days ago I noticed some small brown/orange bugs on my chicken, two days later she’s been losing feathers and getting bald spots. The other chickens seem fine with no bugs or feather loss as far as I can tell. What kind of bugs are they and how can I get rid of them?

the chicken might have mites/lice. immediately isolate that chicken to reduce the transmission of mites to other potential hosts. I've never dealt with mites, something you will have to look up online!
