Chicken is missing feathers on neck and head. Should I be concerned?

She’s been like this for a couple months now. I didn’t really think anything of it but one of my other chickens just died seemingly randomly that was missing some neck feathers as well.

Do you have a rooster?? If not, it looks like they are molting. If so, he may be overmating them.
