Chicken is sneezing and breathing sounds a little congested

She is eating well though and around the yard with the others. She was fine yesterday. Do chickens get colds that pass or do I need to be more concerned and what can I do to help her or should I just leave her alone. SHe is a Buff Orpington.

I just chopped up some garlic and put it in a dish with some pellets and added some water and cider vinegar to it. It felt like the right thing to do. She went for the garlic first but ate the other stuff too.

Sometimes it is just weather changes.
When the weather changes drastically here, which it does often..I put a few drops of VetRx in their nostrils and in the drinking water along with vitamins and electrolytes for 3 days.
If that doesn't clear it up, then you have something other than just weather causing this.

Keep an eye on her breathing and look if she gets diarrhoea. If this happens it can become quite serious and you will need to get treatment.
