Chicken isnt growing her feathers back

She's about two years old, is a silver laced wyandotte

, and has been like this for a while. Originally I assumed she was molting, and that her feathers would come back soon. Although some of her feathers have come back, certainly not a lot have. She's always been the quietest in the flock, and stands back while I give treats, but other than that she's your regular chicken. Along with whatever is going on, she's had a pale comb and hasn't been laying eggs. Does anyonw know thecause for this?

Im going to assume she is low in the pecking order and your other hens peck on her. On Amazon search up "Chicken apron" get her one of those, or separate her from the flock. How much run space do you have?

The hottest it has been was around 90, but it averages around the 70's and 80's

I'm not sure the exact measurements but they free range during the entire portion of the day, with access to the coop of course. I will definitely look into the chicken apron, thank you !

Pale combs are usually a sign of dehydration and heat. In the pictures, her comb seems fine.
