Chicken isolating herself

Hello, Ive got 5 hens and 1 had a prolapse 2 weeks ago. She had rhe suprelorin implant 5 days ago to stop laying too. Unfortunately she has got some leaking urates but she is cleaned regularly and cream applied. She does get the odd peck on the bum from the girls but no injury is left. She way away from the others for about 3 days 2 weeks ago so she has been settling back in but with a few squabbles. Past few days shes started to isolate her self, one hen is picking on her but due to a recent death of another hen I believe they are sorting out the pecking order again. Today I notice that shes sat in the coop, not in the nesting box but in the middle of the coop. She seems very healthy and is eating and drinking but trying to work out if she is acting this way due to the implant or is she being bullied?

Any advice would be appreciated
