chicken issues

My chicken was attacked by an eagle sometime near july she healed from the attack but recently i have found a fatty syist or something eles we have blu coated it and we've vetericyn (it its a sray to help with wounds and infections) last night we washed it with dawn soap and warm water what eles should we do shes a good chicken she limps and then lays down in grass to rest i will post a picture later of it later
Any help with be Greatly appreciated

Does the site feel warmer than same area on the other side? If so, that would indicate a infection that needs to be drained or lanced. The site could have healed over with some infection still going on.

sounds like it maybe an infection that was cought in the healing

Yep...I would lance it and drain it. If it doesnt drain, then it is something else. You must make sure you lance it deep enough to reach through the outer enclosing tissue.
