I am not sure your coop and run will be enough room for your birds when they get older.

It’s 10’x23’ and we have 10 birds. How much room are we supposed to have?

Is that the run or the coop?
Pics would be most helpful here.

Will try the isolation for another week or so andthen see what happens when we put her back with the flock.

It will most likely start a new round of pecking order battles.

First time chicken owner, so I hope all these pics will help answer the original question if we are doing the isolation/jail right.

Footprint the run and coop is 10’x23’.

Coop is 10’x6’ ( not 5 as previously posted. Measured today).
