Chicken laying a flesh looking organ or something! Help!!

My hen Rhode Island Red is laying this fleshy organ looking thing! Any ideas? She's 3 years... Second time I've noticed... :(

Soft shelled eggs or no shelled eggs? Provide more calcium. When my wife cooks she saves the egg shells. We dry them. Break them into small pieces and feed it back to the hens; a good source of calcium and no soft shelled eggs are laid.

We did see a yolk without the shell the one time....
They free range and get quality food. And it's just her.
Maybe she is not absorbing the nutrients...
