Built this with some spare pallets. For the chickens to roost and get out of the rain since they are scared of the tarp roof area. Working on some modifications to block the top sides from rain. Let me know what ya think!

Well. They seem to like it. And it will keep rain off them. Assuming the rain comes straight down and the wind is not blowing.
I hope this structure is in a preditor proofed run, as it offer no protection .

Its all closed off. Im also gonna block the sides as well! I live in NJ
