Chicken limping. HELP!

I just noticed one of my hens limping, and there is a large lump on her ankle. She is also holding he leg weird. The pad of the foot is also fine. No bumblefoot

How old is this chicken? Have you ever noticed before that her leg appeared crooked? To me it looks like she has varus deformity in her right leg. That is a leg bone deformity that may worsen as they grow. If both legs had it she would look bow legged. It is the opposite of valgus deformity. It is more common in meat birds, but can happen in layers as well. There is no treatment. It may be that because of the way she walks, that she might be making a sore or callus on the ankle. I had just noticed it today. She is around 3 years old. She is acting fine otherwise
