Well, she may have plucked them out herself or she might have a roosting mate that is doing it for her.
I would check her crop first thing in the morning to make sure it's empty.

Based on coloration of legs, she has been laying for a good while. She is loosing feathers from combined stress of sustained laying and increasing temperature.
