Hi, I've made a post on a chicken before named Daisy and I have an issue with her again.
For reference, this is her right now:

She looks worse and skinnier in other angles. But this is the issue:

All her feathers are gone from her neck, they're currently on the floor of the run and we have no idea what caused this to happen. She's still active but she's much more scared of me holding her than before. My first thought was that it was a cat or a mouse or something but even if they could somehow get into the run, there's no way that the only damage they did was to her feathers. And if so, why are the other 7 chickens perfectly fine? It's only Daisy that looks like this. She's less than a year old as we got her this February and I did read that molting may happen around this age (or is this too soon?). Molting may happen at intervals for chickens but can also occur whenever there is "lack of water, food, or sudden change in lighting conditions". They have water, and while they may be eating less than usual, they certainly have food, what may contribute to this is maybe the fact that we haven't let them out of the run for the past 2 days due to heavy rains and today's the first that we have. That may relate to the sudden change in lighting conditions. Is this molting like I suspect or is there another reason? Why is Daisy the only one showing such severe molting (she is 1 week younger than the rest)? Why is she so scared? Should we monitor her? Is there anything we can do to keep her warm as well as keeping the other chickens from pecking at her neck? Is there something we should add to her diet?

Please let me know what the best course of action is.
Thank you.

She is molting, completely normal. You can use feed with 20% protein to help along with the molt. She's probably feeling uncomfortable cause she's losing feathers.
