Chicken losing feathers

One of my chickens is losing featers on her chest area. The area is clean and it is a normal pink skin color not red or dirty. The feathers on the rest of her body are fine but on her chest it is a pretty big area that now has no feathers at all. Is this normal? I have 5 other chickens in the same coop and they are fine. Is there something I should do? A friend of mine said his chickens where molting or something and was losing some of their feathers.

Moult should have happened between 6-8 months. hmmm... and she's the only one....
