I was recently blessed with a puppy. He is doing great with the chickens when they free range. But, I've noticed the 18 1/2 week old black sex link taking a "MAJOR" liking to him she follows him around, struts her stuff in front of him when he is laying down resting, she speaks some kind of jibber jabber to him. She is not guarded or mad for sure! Lol
So, does this mean she is getting ready to start laying eggs soon? Or, can this help her get there? Lol

Oh my gosh so cute!
She seems to believe that he is a rooster. It might not mean that she is laying eggs soon though because 1 month olds follow roosters too.
