Chicken making whistle noise

My Easter egger is making a high pitch whistle noise. I separated her from the flock. She is not lethargic, she’s eating, nothing coming from eyes or nose, poop is normal but it’s This non stop whistle. I tried vet rx but no change. She’s been this way since last Tuesday. What should I do?

I would not separate her from the flock unless she is looking sick. She might be making the noise because something could be in her airway, causing stridor. Mucus, swelling, or a foreign body could be the cause. I would look for any other possible respiratory symptoms, such as nasal drainage, watery or foamy eyes, or sneezing.
