Chicken math is contagious

My local Tractor Supply stopped stocking chicks a few weeks ago, so I asked a friend to check his Tractor Supply (2.5 hours away from me) for bantams.

This friend has other birds (geese, turkeys, ducks) but not chickens, so I thought he'd be immune to chicken math . . . boy was I wrong! He fell victim to Tractor Supply's $1 chick sale.

He got:

8 Black Sex-Links
Blk Sex Link 1 Week Old (1).jpg Blk Sex Link 1 Week Old (2).jpg

3 Cinnamon Queens (TSCs version of Red Sex-Links) I have two of the darker ones and one lighter one
2 Cinn Queen Lt Drk (3).jpg

7 Straight Run Assorted Bantams which includes:

3 Yellow Bantams (two have frizzled feathers and feathered legs, one is not frizzled and has naked legs)

Ginger Buff Bantams 1 Week Old (2).jpg

2 Buff bantams: Both have frizzle feathers and feathered legs.
Ginger Frizzel Bantams 1 Week Old (1).jpg

2 Grey (Blue) Bantams: these two are super small, even compared to the other bantams of the same age, strong and active, just micro chicks:love

Grey Bantam 1 Week Old.jpg

Since Hover's Hatchery only carries a few bantams I hoping to get help figuring which ones I have. The frizzled feathers are throwing me off since they don't seem to (intentionally) carry any 'frizzle' bantams. I remember reading that the frizzle gene is a recessive gene and can pop up in just about any breed, so that could be the case here.

Thoughts?

This is likely not a Cinnamon Queen. Wait for it to mature more.
Next group are Buff Cochin Bantams and a Red Pyle Old English Game Bantam or a White Laced Red Cornish. Check comb
Next are Red Cochin Bantams
The blue chicks are likely Blue Old English Game Bantams
Hoover’s Bantam Cochins are often frizzled

Neither of them look like Cinnamon Queens? One is darker and looks a bit gamier than the other, so I suspected they weren't the same breed.

This sounds about right.
BTW frizzles don't just pop up in any breeds and it's not recessive.
