O.M.G., it happened today. Chicken math. Picking up two pullets tomorrow.

They are Blue Laced Red Wyandotte. They are beautiful. Stunning. Gawgeous.

What is the inside poop on their personalities, compared to the Marshmallow* Orpingtons I current own. Are they as sweet and loving?

* Marshmallow refers to their soft and squishy personalities and the fact that they a such sweeties. :D

I think you will love them!❤️
I have a blue laced red Wyandotte that I got as a chick and she is the sweetest of my chickens. Still a lap chicken. The others have outgrown that but she still enjoys sitting in my lap once in a while for a scratch! I have an Orpington who is more aloof but also sweet in her own way.😊
Photo of her yesterday she is almost 13 weeks old.

I don't own ay Wyandottes (yet), but my mom has a few BLRW and they're her sweet birds who are the bottom of the pecking order. They run to her for comfort and avoid the other girls.

And I'm totally stealing Marshmallow Orpington as a new way to describe mine!
