Lacey laid her first egg~
I saw the sweetest thing happen the other day...when my pullet Lacey went to lay her first egg...the rest of the hens gathered around her in the hen house for a while, like midwifes..... an older hen and best-pal, stayed with her the whole time. Chickens are a trip.... i never knew... it was so sweet.
