Chicken missing feathers on her neck and chest

Hi, I’m a bit worried about my chicken. She is missing feathers on her neck and chest. It has been going on for a bit now and at first I thought she was moulting or another chook was peaking at her. There is no blood and she is the most dominate chook. I have checked her skin and I can’t see any lice. Her skin look really red and the quills look as if they have been broken off and not pulled out. Do you have any ideas and what can I do? Thanks

Feather mites or depluming mites infest the feather follicles and shafts. These mites prompt chickens to pull out their own plumage in a futile attempt to find relief.

Thanks for your reply. Is there anything I can do for this? None of the other chickens seem to be affected.
