Chicken molting for 8 months?

Has anyone had a chicken molting this long? I have 2 out of 22 that have been molting since winter, a welsummer and wyandotte, they both started about the same time. They have access to ple ty of ranging space, clean coop with no mites, food, water, etc. They are still laying but don't appear to have any plans to refeather anytime soon.

Looks to me like they are gettinf pecked

Doesn't look like she's actively molting, looks like rooster damage or feather picking.
