chicken neck hurt

Help my hen got stuck in the fence and cut the side of her neck . she is still alive ,but will not eat and I have to hold her head up to try and get her to drink . will she make it or should I let her go . please help !

how old is it and how bad is it cut, does it just lay there ??, anymore info might help
