Chicken Nest?

Henny got mixed up yesterday and sat on the wrong eggs.

I'd like to move her to her own little enclosure in the coop, what do I give her to nest in?

Can her egg (yes, only 1) go on the floor? She's been kicking all the shavings out of her nest box (raised) I think because of the heat so I'm worried she'll do that on the concrete floor. She's already broken 2 eggs (originally there were 4) in the nest box.

if it's temporary you could use anything even a cardboard box. I use milk crates with some bricks in the bottom to weight them down, and straw on top.
