Wait until you know where you're considering moving to, then call that town/city/village hall and ask them. The county itself wouldn't usually have any laws or ordinances about it, but each town, city, village might. Thus, that's why it's usually safest to get out of any city limits and live in the country if you can as there aren't restrictions.
