You might want to treat for a respiratory disease such as MG. It sounds like he is having rales or rattly breathing from mucus in his airway. Does he sneeze or have a watery or bubbly eye? Tylan 50 injectable is good to treat for MG. Give it orally, but you need syringes and needles to get it from the vial, then remove the needle to give it. Dosage is 0.2 ml per pound of weight 3 times a day for up to 5 days. Here is a good link to read about MG and other diseases:

currently I am giving him saline , and anti-biotics(diluted with water).
He has rattly breath.
He is showing signs of eating and not weakened at all.
I provide him with a heat lamp.
BTW: hes an indoor pet chicken and is indoors at night.
I put him outside in a pen for 1 night (not cold outside) and he caught a cold.

He likes to still eat snacks , but not much feed(I think his throat hurts)
