Chicken not laying an egg

I have a chicken that for the last three days goes into the nesting box stays for a long time and hasn’t laid an egg. Should I be worried?

Is she acting fluffed up and lethargic? You can stick your finger into her vent a little bit and see if you can feel an egg.
