Chicken not laying

My hen is 23-24 weeks she’s a BYM but she has a leg deformity I tried to fix but eventually it reverted back. She’s pretty small and has always been smaller than the other two that were hatched with her. One has been laying for a month and the other for 2 weeks. Is there any chance that she just won’t lay at all? She is one of the two that looks like Australorps to me. So I’m assuming they will lay the same color egg and the other one has been laying everyday. There’s a slight possibility that she could be but with her comb color and size I don’t think so.

Runts may not lay and if she does, it might not be until daylight increases

I suppose there is a chance that she won't lay, but she may just be taking her time. As a backyard mix, you really can't base her laying time on her hatchmates. I have EEs whose first eggs ranged from 19 weeks to 29 weeks. My longest wait for a first egg was my Speckled Sussex at almost 10 months.
