Chicken not laying

We what to do chickens back in june. And one layes everyday or every other day. The other has only layed one egg wthe first day we got her. They were both going through molting and we just started the laying food about 3 weeks ago. My other chicken are now old enough for it.
But still no egg out of her.

How old and what breed are they? Patience, some times it takes a couple of months to go through molt.

She is 1 1/2 years old. The breed is easter egger.

At one and a half years or 18 months that's when they usually go through their first adult molt. EEs are not a production layer so you can expect them to lay less and more irregular.

My white stopped laying for a couple of weeks and whenever I saw her she was in the laying box, although not laying eggs. She would always chirp strangely at me. What do you think was wrong? Was it molting, because they are all the same age, and it never happened to the others?

Maybe, but she seems just fine now.
