Chicken not molting? Or a slow molt?

I have an Appenzeller Spitzhauben who doesn’t seem to be molting. The feathers on her body and tail look rough. I think she’s almost three. She lays a good sized egg every other day, if not daily. I tried taking away the supplemental light, but it’s dark in the coop when we put up plastic for winter. (East Texas)

Is she just not molting this year, but has molted in years past? Sometimes chickens will molt fairly late, although you would likely have seen that pattern with her in past years.

This is my first year with her. I bought her as an adult.
