Chicken not wanting to walk

Hey everyone I need help ASAP!
My chicken suddenly does not want to get up and is not as intrested in eating as she was before, she is drinking though I saw her drink last night, when I took her out of her cage last night to try and get her to walk I put her down at first she didn’t want to move but after me walking behind her she started wallowing around. She used to be more active in her cage but now she is not, even when I touch her. Please let me know what to do!

She's kept in a cage...with other chickens?
How old is she, in weeks or months?
What all and how exactly are you feeding?

update:
We took her to the vet because she became dehydrated and her crop was empty, they hydrated her and gave her food, she is getting back to normal now
