My chicken was pulled thru the fence by a dog, and her belly feathers ripped out. She has no obvious injuries other than a bare belly basically but as the day went on, she no longer weight bears on one leg. We’ve isolated her with a heat lamp and her own feed and water.
Usually she doesn’t like to be held either and all day she’s cuddled into my chest while I cradled her.
Wondering if there is anything else I should be doing other than splint her leg potentially.

her leg may have been pulled when she was pulled through the fence or the dog may have bit it? i dont know of anything else you could do. (i'm not a chicken expert at all though)

Look for bruising. Chickens bruise green. Part her feathers so you can see the skin. If you see bruising, just know that she's going to be sore for about a week, just like you would be. You might treat her for shock. Put a teaspoon of sugar (use a measuring spoon) into a cup of warm water (measuring cup), add a pinch each of salt and baking soda and stir till dissolved. Dip her beak in it and let her drink. Is she eating and drinking okay? If not, keep her in a quiet, dark place for a while with both sugar water and plain water available until she is. But don't keep her away from her flock too long or they will reject her.

Does she hold the leg up to her body, try to walk on it, or drag it? Does she move the leg or the toes? Do you have any pictures of her? I would not splint the leg unless you know it is fractured. Do you have a vet you could see for an xray? Splinting can sometimes cause problems with circulation and limbs can be damaged or lost because the tape or wrap gets too tight. I would examine the leg and foot for any small cuts or green or blue bruising or displacement. Keep her confined to limit use of the leg to rest it.
