The past few weeks my husband has been telling everyone about my "chicken obsession" which of course I denied. (I said it was more like chicken therapy.)
He won that debate hands down today when the first words out of my mouth in the surgical recovery room were "Do you know which are more broody, Buff Orps or Black Australorps?" This to the nurse who had no clue what I was talking about. I don't even remember it, but we all had a laugh over it when I was a bit less loopy.
Fine, so I'm chicken obsessed. I'm OK with that!
