Question: The Silver Sebright on cover page is just the sassiest chicken EVER. I know prices vary w different breeds but what would one of these go for? And where would I find one here in central valley, ca? He looks hand painted.

Well, you can get them from hatcheries for pretty cheap. I believe feedstores now and then sell 'em too.

Little side note - Sebrights normally shouldn't have a single comb like him though.

I have 5 baby sebrights coming to me on the 31st. I'm getting mine from Murray McMurray hatchery. I think I paid 3.67 a piece for mine. Mine are the bantum breed so I had to order 25. So I have other breeds coming as well.

By the looks of it that bird has a single comb, you sure its not one of those silver laced OEGBs that Ideal sells???
