I was going off the crest and lacing pattern, it seemed too wet to get an accurate read on saddles but you may be right

Good point with the coloring. @JW2013 , do you think you'd be able to get a pic where we can see the saddle feathers clearly?

It is in a different neighborhood from where I live, someone posted it on the Nextdoor app. I was trying to find out more about it, someone was going to get it if it wasn't a roo, she already had 2.

It’s too hard to tell from the pics. Is it still feral or did they catch it because they look like they are really close to it.

We'd need better pictures of it to be sure of its sex. It looks quite young. Someone needs to rescue it and get it out of the rain. Polish are vulnerable to ailments and predation because of their crests.
