I've a welsummer pullet that I cant keep out of my turkey run.

The only thing I'm really concerned about is that she is now eating turkey grower all day.
Will I just end up with a fat hen or will this cause her health problems?

I've got a rescued adult hen who doesn't lay, (I think she was hit by a car at some point, she walks standing straight up) and two roos that I feed turkey grower because I don't think any of them need the extra calcium in layer feed. It's been a few months, they are all doing fine.
Your hen will eliminate the extra protein, as for the fat content, as long as she has room to run around, she should be fine. You could put out crushed oyster shell for her after she starts laying to give her the extra calcium she needs to make the shells.
