I think, now that I've accumulated 2 pluckers, I should rent one of them out this season. Does anyone have a copy of a lease agreement that they have used in the past, or any suggestions or tips on what it should say? Thank you?

Additional Information: I am requiring a license (for me to copy down address and phone number), a $100 Deposit returned upon the delivery of a un damaged, clean plucker.

We don't rent our unit out for several reasons:
First concern is medical liability for injury. Today's society is just too litigation happy.
Second concern is the potential damage (Will the deposit truly cover all damage?).

What we do is offer the poultry processing equipment with operator rental. In this the machine is safely operated, and the liability is for yourself, the operator. You can create a payment scale to cover the scope of required work. Teaching the process to others as time progresses.
