The problem is that they come from factory and they tend to pluck each other when, for example, getting on the roost and trying to settle in spots they want. But yesterday we removed two birds, who were plucking other birds aggressively and saw no awn plucking signs today.

I am not native speaker and I am only 16 years old. I am sorry, but I don't understand what you meant with ''..the dimension of your coop and run".

Dimensions means size of the coop and run. You answered that. You should have plenty of room for 20 chickens.

It is a learned habit. If you can eliminate the ones doing the damage you can probably solve the problem. Looks like you are moving in the right direction. Good luck!
